Relationships can be deeply meaningful—and also incredibly challenging. Even couples who love each other can find themselves stuck in patterns of miscommunication, reactivity, or distance, unsure how to find their way back to one another.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface. Together, we gently uncover the patterns that keep you stuck and create new ways of relating that feel more honest, respectful, and connected.
My work is informed by Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy and the research-based work of John Gottman and Julie Schwartz Gottman.
This means we focus not only on communication skills, but also on the deeper emotional patterns that shape how you show up with one another. You’ll learn how to take responsibility for your part in the relationship in a way that feels empowering—not blaming—and how to express your needs with clarity, openness, and care.
We also draw on practical, evidence-based tools to help you navigate conflict, repair after disconnection, and rebuild trust and intimacy over time.
At its core, this work is about helping you move toward a relationship that feels more grounded, more connected, and more aligned with who you each are—and what you most want to create together.
